At Lindum Aerial Services, we make the inspection process simple, professional, and hassle-free. Here’s what you can expect when booking our drone inspection services:

Before Your Appointment

• You’ll receive a confirmation email or text after booking.

• A reminder notification will be sent on the day of your inspection.

• If weather conditions impact your scheduled time, we will notify you the day before and reschedule as needed.

• We recommend giving advance notice to tenants and/or neighbors. Any footage that we discover is overtly invasive we will cut or blur those elements.

During the Inspection

• We will arrive on time in a clearly marked vehicle for easy identification.

• You do not need to be present, although you are, of course, more than welcome to be — we will notify you when we start and when we finish.

• Inspections typically take between 1 to 4 hours, depending on the service requested.

• To ensure the best results, please keep pets inside and remove any unnecessary obstructions from the property where possible.

Weather Considerations

• Weather conditions may impact your inspection. If snow, heavy rain, or high winds prevent us from conducting a thorough evaluation, we will notify you and reschedule accordingly. We abide strictly by FAA guidelines for the equipment we use.

• Snow-covered roofs can limit visibility and reduce the effectiveness of inspections. For the most accurate results, we recommend scheduling your inspection when surfaces are clear of snow and ice.

• If an inspection must be rescheduled due to weather, we will reach out proactively to coordinate a new date.

After the Inspection

• You’ll receive high-resolution images and video within 4 business days of the inspection.

• Payment is required before image delivery.

• If you need a detailed written report from a licensed contractor, this is available as an additional service.

Ongoing Monitoring & Support

• We offer yearly checkups and repeat inspections for storm damage or maintenance tracking.

• All images and reports are securely stored for future reference.

• If the footage is poor, or wrong or does not provide the highest level of quality we are able to deliver then we will return and perform another inspection until it is right.
